TIFF (also known
as TIF): is a computer file format for storing raster
graphics images, popular among graphic artists, the publishing.
JPEG (also known
as JPG): compression is used in a number of image file
formats. JPEG/Exif is the most common image format used by digital cameras
and other photographic image capture devices.
GIF: is a bitmap image that supports animations.
PNG: supports loseless data compression.
Raw
image files: contains minimally processed data from
the image sensor of either a digital camera.
